Les Jardins de Fedala - The Area
The development is situated on the coast road between Aglou Plage and Mirleft, which is just 15 minutes drive away. These are just two of the many delightful settlements dotted along the hundreds of miles of pristine Atlantic coast that sweeps down from the tourist centre of Agadir, just north of the Western Sahara. The area’s laid-back charm has attracted a steady
stream of visitors for decades (it was a highlight of the hippy trail in
the 60s and 70s, with Jimi Hendrix and the Rolling Stones among the
more celebrated of those who reputedly came here to chill out) and it
remains as appealing as ever.

Mirleft
Mirleft is a gently bustling fishing village, unassuming and friendly.
It has long been popular with musicians and artists, and there are few
visitors who could not be charmed by it. In the evening you can dine
in restaurants serving up barbecued fish fresh from the day’s catch,
and in the daytime its peaceful sandy beach and warm waters offer
numerous activities including diving, surfing, fishing or just getting
away from it all.
Aglou Plage
Within half an hour or so of Mirleft is this local tourist favourite.
Its golden sands are a perennial attraction and it is also noted for its
excellent surfing conditions and fabulous seafront dining. It makes for

The Development
On a gently-rising hillside overlooking the ebb and flow of the Atlantic

Approaching your villa, you will pass through landscaped gardens of
lawns and rose beds. The whitewashed walls, arches and architectural
detailing will be very much in keeping with Morocco’s finest homes,
giving the development a thoroughly authentic feel.
As you pass through the low garden gate you’ll notice, in the corner
of your terrace, a small fountain decorated with zellige – traditional
Moroccan mosaic. This outside space and its barbecue area have been
arranged in such a way as to give you relaxed privacy.
There is a loggia, a room open to the terrace, off your living room –
a great place to enjoy the warmth out of the heat of the sun.
Inside, the villa is decorated in a Moroccan style and kitted-out with

The Deal
- Nine year, 7% net p.a. rental guarantee - Every villa comes with a 7% net rental guarantee for nine years, with an option to renew at the end of the term. This is secure - it is backed by AXA, the world’s second largest insurance company. It gives you a guaranteed income.
